The Viitta! Wearable art in 100% Cashmere embroidered with Sapphire beads on Japanese 24k gold and silk thread. The cashmere wrap is hand stitched to form the perfect cover. Embellished with natural faceted Sapphire Beads.

The Hunt Country Viitta is the softest espresso herringbone pattern with Sapphires and Garnets ranging from gold to amber, green to blue, pink to red finished at the bottom edge with a pair of pale pink faceted Sapphire briolettes.

The Cashmere:

Wrap yourself in cashmere with a classic herringbone print that never goes out of style. All of our cashmere is handloomed in Pokhara Nepal by blind, deaf, or disabled weavers in a local non-profit organization that provides them with the tools, training, and support necessary to become independent through weaving. In Nepal, the disabled are discriminated against in mainstream society. They have little or no opportunities for work. Weaving allows them to enjoy an independent life, increases their self-esteem and also improves the way they are treated by their family. The organization further gives back to the disabled community by donating white canes, hearing aids and wheel-chairs, providing food, medicine and essential goods for aged-care homes. The Sapphires & Garnets:

Faceted natural Sapphire and Garnet beads ranging from 2mm to 3mm finished at the bottom edge with a pair of pale pink faceted Sapphire briolettes. Over 50 carats total weight per Viitta.
